Private historic tours of the castle grounds for groups of up to 20 people are available for a fixed price of 50€. Arrangements must be scheduled in advance. Please contact besucherservice@sdmuseum.de
Members of the Deutscher Museumsbund e.V. can visit the museum at the reduced ticket price. Please show your membership card at the entrance.
Our Senior discount applies to adults aged 65 and over. Please be prepared to provide proof of identification at check in.
Our student discount applies to students of all ages with valid identification.
Regular ticket price includes access to the sculpture park.
Tickets can be cancelled via the link in your booking confirmation email up to two hours before the booked time slot.

Private art tours for groups of up to 15 people are available during opening hours of the museum for a fixed price of 50€. Arrangements must be scheduled in advance. Please contact besucherservice@sdmuseum.de.

Journalists reporting on the museum can register in advance by sending an email to besucherservice@sdmuseum.de. We will then be happy to grant free admission. Please show your press card together with your ticket at the entrance on the day of your visit.
Visitor Regulations & Access
We kindly ask all visitors to respect our unique site and its special ambiance. Please refrain from talking on mobiles in the galleries or speaking in a loud voice. * Every young visitor must be accompanied by an adult. In the galleries, every young visitor must hold the hand of an adult or remain in their physical control at all times. We do not admit groups with more children than adults without advance written agreement. Any visitors, including children that are loud or disruptive will be asked to leave the galleries immediately. Please consider the suitability of our venue if you would like to bring a child with you.
Please be kind to our park. Please do not pick flowers, cut plants or disturb animals, birds or fish in any way during your visit. Please stay on the paths. To keep our grounds in the best possible condition we do not allow pets of any kind nor do we allow visitors to bring food or drinks past the gate. All guests have access to Café Galactico, where refreshments including specialty coffee, juice, wine, sandwiches, quiche, soup, cakes and cookies are available for purchase.
